What is Arctic Blue Omega-3 Fish Oil?
Arctic Blue fish oil is packed with omega-3: polyunsaturated fatty acids that are good for the brain, the eyes and the heart. The capsules contain pure cod liver oil. They are small, odourless and tasteless, which makes them ideal for children and people who don’t like fish. What’s more, Arctic Blue is the only fish oil that is made from fish that is certified by MSC for sustainable fishing.
What is it used for?
Two crucial omega-3 fatty acids - DHA and EPA - are primarily found in certain fish. DHA and EPA have a positive effect on heart rate and lower triglyceride levels in the blood, which helps to prevent cardiovascular disease. Fish oil capsules can also be used to prevent or reduce rheumatic pain. In addition, omega-3 has anti-inflammatory actions and is believed to reduce behavioural and mental problems in children with, for example, ADHD and depression. It is recommended to eat a variety of fatty fish at least twice a week to get enough omega-3. Those who eat fish less often or don’t like fish at all can use Arctic Blue fish oil capsules to keep omega-3 levels up.
How to use Arctic Blue Omega-3 Fish Oil
The capsules should be swallowed whole with some liquid, preferably with food to increase absorption. Check the package leaflet or package for dosage instructions. Never exceed the recommended daily dose.
Arctic Blue Omega-3 Fish Oil is generally well tolerated. If you do experience side effects, stop taking the capsules and consult a doctor.
