What is the iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker?
The iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker measures your daily activity, calories burned and sleep pattern. This convenient sweat and rain-resistant device can be worn on your wrist or waist. The tracker has wireless Bluetooth connectivity for displaying information on your tablet or smartphone. This means you can track your sleeping and activity pattern directly online via the iHealth MyVitals app, which can be downloaded for free.
What is the iHealth Wireless Activity Tracker used for?
We all know that exercise and sleep are important to our health. But do you know how active you really are throughout the day and if you sleep well enough? The iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker provides you with quick and clear insight into your daily activity level. At night, the iHealth tracker measures whether you sleep deeply and efficiently. During the day, it tracks every step you take and the distance travelled. The tracker detects your motions and calculates how many calories you have burned. Being active has never been so much fun!
How does the iiHealth Wireless Activity Tracker work?
The iHealth Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker analyses your activity and sleep patterns over time, and presents the results in clear and organised graphs on your smartphone or tablet. This gives you instant information on the intensity of our activities and sleep efficiency, and how this affects your health and fitness level. The tracker also has a built-in alarm and other smart features that allow you to manage your data. See manual for more information.
How to set up the iHealth Wireless Activity Tracker
Once you have downloaded the (free) iHealth MyVitals app and turned on the Bluetooth feature you will be ready to use the iHealth Activity and Sleep Tracker, day and night. The tracker can be worn one of two ways: on your wrist with the hypoallergenic wristband (available in two colours), or on your waist with the clip provided. The tracker allows you to set personal goals, monitor progress and share your results online.
When not to use the iHealth Wireless Activity Tracker
The iHealth Activity Tracker is rain, splash and sweat proof. However, it is not waterproof and should not be worn while swimming, bathing or showering.
