What is yoga?

It seems that everyone today is doing yoga. Is yoga actually a sport? A religion? A tradition? Opinions are divided. Bikram yoga

Want to sweat an hour? Bikram Yoga is given in an area where it is about 40 degrees. Good for your circulation and your muscles, but by the temperature also quite spicy.

Kundalini Yoga

With this yoga type, you focus on the chakras (energy centres) in your body. Also, your nervous system is stimulated. The dynamic exercises alternate with breathing exercises.
