High blood pressure check: do you recognise these symptoms?
One in three people has high blood pressure and therefore a greater risk of cardiovascular disease. But often they don’t know. Do the test and find out if you have an increased risk.
- Do you suffer from chest pain, palpitations, shortness of breath, visible veins in the neck or impaired vision?
- Do you suffer from dizziness, nausea, sudden nosebleeds, fatigue or frequent headaches?
- Do you smoke, eat a lot of salt, sleep badly, exercise little or are you under a lot of stress?
- Are you 40 years of age or older?
Did you answer yes to one or more questions? You may have high blood pressure. We recommend that you check your blood pressure with a blood pressure monitor. Or contact your GP.
