How can you make sure your Liver is Healthy?

The liver is an important organ, in fact, we can’t function without it. This organ performs many functions in the body and has a number of special characteristics. It takes care of the production of important proteins, the storage of energy and fuel and the handling the disposal of the body’s waste materials. With over 500 functions including fighting off infection, purifying the blood, storing vitamins and minerals. As well as managing blood sugar levels and manufacturing proteins and hormones. It detoxifies the body Nutrients which are to be absorbed by the intestines through the blood to the liver. Here the nutrients are converted into energy.
