Due to increased pressure and measures to be taken by our customer service team, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with customer service over the phone. We will try to get back to you by phone as soon as possible. Until this time you can contact customer service with the contact form on our website. As always, our employees strive to provide you with the best possible service. We hope of course that you will be inconvenienced as little as possible, but ask for your understanding if the waiting time is longer than you are used to from us.

Our Customer Service representatives are available from:
- Monday till Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday closed.

Please note that cancelling your order is not guaranteed for all orders. In addition, during the weekend customer service will not handle requests for cancellations. You can only cancel your order if it has not been sent to the pharmacy. If the pharmacy has already received your application, cancelling will not be possible.
We ask if you can please keep an eye on your email inbox after submitting a cancellation request for further communication.
