Doktoronline’s customer service office hours are from 7am to 8pm M - F (GMT) Most pharmacies and doctors are closed on the weekend as so is our customer service. Please be advised we are not open Saturday and Sunday but we are happy to promptly reply to your emails monday morning.

Dokteronline’s customer service is a multi-national team focused on helping our European customers. Our team is able to provide assistance in the following languages: English, Dutch, German and French.

Dokteronline.com’s customer service representatives are available to serve customers and assist in processing your order. They are not trained doctors or pharmacist, which means that they cannot provide you with medical advice. Of course, we are happy help you with questions of a non-medical nature. We will be pleased to assist you in any way we can. We are only satisfied if you are satisfied.

What type of questions can I ask?

You can ask almost any question you like! There is no question you need be embarrassed about. We try to answer each question the best we can. However, please bare in mind that our customer service representatives are not medical professionals. This means we are not able to answer very specific questions or questions of a medical nature.


When is customer service available?

International callers can always reach us in the evening until 8pm. Customer service is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 am until 8:00pm. We are not available on Saturday and Sunday because our partner pharmacies as with most pharmacies are closed on weekends. We are also closed on local holidays (see list below).


Where are you located?

Dokteronline.com’s customer service is located on Curaçao, a colourful island in the Caribbean with a positive vibe, which is reflected in the dynamics of our customer service team!

Can I also place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order via telephone with Customer Services because of the need to protect patient confidentiality.
However, we are on hand to help you, if you need any assistance during the application process prior to the Doctor consultation please do not hesitate to contact us.

What language does customer service support?

We are happy to answer your questions in Dutch, English, German or French. Our team is available to reply to your questions by e-mail or phone.

Tips from our customer service team

Tip #1

Please choose which address you would like your order to be delivered to. You may chose a home address, or a work address if this is more secure or more convenient.

Tip #2

Check if the details that you have entered are correct. You can do this both during the order process and by directly checking your email for our order confirmation after placing your order. If your details are not correct, we will be glad to help you make any changes and process your order as quickly as possible.

Tip #3

Did you know that it is possible to place repeat orders, edit your medical details, view your balance and track the status of your delivery quickly and easily via your Dokteronline.com account? On our website, you can log in to your account or create a new account.

Tip #4

Please do not use punctuation marks when you place your order as this may cause confusion and delay processing your order.

Tip #5

Monday and Tuesday are the best days to place an order! Orders received on Mondays and Tuesdays will arrive the same week.
