What is your returns policy?
By law, pharmacies are not allowed to accept the return of medicines once they have left the premises. If you return a product to the pharmacy, they won't be able to check if the delivered product was handled in accordance with quality requirements. Because of this, they accept returns only so that medicines can be destroyed safely. We are unable to offer refunds, except when Dokteronline.com or one of its affiliated practitioners has made an error with your order.
Over-the-counter products that do not require a prescription may be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
