How to set up the iHealth Wireless Activity Tracker

Once you have downloaded the (free) iHealth MyVitals app and turned on the Bluetooth feature you will be ready to use the iHealth Activity and Sleep Tracker, day and night. The tracker can be worn one of two ways: on your wrist with the hypoallergenic wristband (available in two colours), or on your waist with the clip provided. The tracker allows you to set personal goals, monitor progress and share your results online.

When not to use the iHealth Wireless Activity Tracker

The iHealth Activity Tracker is rain, splash and sweat proof. However, it is not waterproof and should not be worn while swimming, bathing or showering.
