What is Tradolan?

Tradolan has a strong analgesic effect. This medicine is based on tramadol, a morphine-like painkiller (opioid). You can order Tradolan online through the pharmacies that work together with The prescription needed is provided through an online consultation.

What is this medication used for?

Doctors prescribe Tradolan against moderate to severe pain, such as:

  • nerve pain;
  • pain due to a serious illness, surgery or injury;
  • osteoarthritis;
  • severe migraines.

This painkiller can also be used against pain due to other causes. Tradolan interrupts the pain stimuli in the central nervous system. This will rapidly relieve moderate to severe pain.

How to use Tradolan?

The partner pharmacies offer Tradolan online both as a standard tablet and as a tablet with prolonged release ("retard"). Take the tablet without chewing with some liquid. The analgesic effect occurs after about an hour and can last up to twelve hours. You can take Tradolan with or without food.


Tradolan is available in various strengths. A doctor will determine which strength suits your pain best. The general guidelines for the dosage of analgesics based on tramadol are as follows:

  • Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet twice daily in the prescribed strength

Do not take more than 400 mg of tramadol per day. Do not deviate from the prescribed dosage and read the instructions before use.

Side effects

During your treatment with Tradolan you may suffer from side effects such as:

  • drowsiness or fatigue;
  • nausea and vomiting;
  • dizziness;
  • constipation.

Usually the side effects will wear off after a few days or weeks. The body is then accustomed to the active substance. If you continue to experience any side effects, please talk to a doctor, even when it concerns side effects not listed in this leaflet.

When is it best not to use this medication?

Tradolan is not a suitable medicine for everyone. Do not use this painkiller if you:

  • are Hypersensitive to tramadol or any of the excipients used;
  • have taken an overdose of alcohol, hypnotics or other substances which act via the central nervous system;
  • suffer from epilepsy that is not treated with drugs;
  • are being treated or have just been treated with certain antidepressants (MAOIs).

Pregnancy / driving / alcohol

Tradolan should not be used during pregnancy. The use of this painkiller is usually discouraged if you are breastfeeding. Please consult with a physician if you can take it in this case. Tradolan can (especially in the beginning) cause side effects such as sleepiness, drowsiness and dizziness. Do not participate in traffic as long as you experience these. Alcohol may trigger or worsen the side effects of Tradolan. Never combine Tradolan with alcohol.
