What is Zelleta?
Zelleta is a mini-pill, a contraceptive pill with only one hormone (desogestrel). The benefit of this pill is that it can be used safely by breastfeeding women. Also, there is no stop week with this pill. You can order Zelleta online through the pharmacies that work with Dokteronline.com.
What is this medication used for?
Zelleta prevents the emergence of a pregnancy. The progestogen desogestrel causes an inhibition of the ovulation and makes the lining of the cervix unsuitable for fertilization. Zelleta contains no estrogen hormone and is therefore suitable for women who may not or cannot take a combined pill.
How to use Zelleta?
You can buy Zelleta online through the partner pharmacies. A strip of Zelleta contains 28 tablets. The use of this mini pill is quite easy: you swallow one tablet each day. Follow the numbers on the back of the strip. When the strip is empty, start a new strip immediately. There is no stop week. As a result your menstrual pattern might change. Sometimes periods become irregular or stay away altogether. That is no cause for alarm.
It is important that you take Zelleta always around the same time. This way, its reliability is the greatest. If you swallow the pill late, you vomit or if you suffer from severe diarrhea, the efficacy may be reduced. In these cases, you should read the package leaflet for advice or consult a doctor or pharmacist.
The dosage of Zelleta is as follows:
- Women aged 18 and over: 1 tablet once daily at a fixed time.
This contraceptive pill is not recommended for women younger than 18 years. Read the instructions before use.
When using Zelleta, you might encounter side effects. These could be the following symptoms:
- Irregular bleeding;
- Swollen or painful breasts;
- Mood disorders;
- Weight gain.
Consult a doctor if the side effects do not disappear over time. If you suffer from severe or serious adverse reactions (see package insert), talk to a doctor.
