People suffering from cold feet and hands can benefit from the gel’s warming properties.

Squeeze a small amount of Arthrocann pain relief gel 75ml into the palm of your hand and apply it directly to the affected area. Massage the skin gently until the gel is absorbed. Always wash your hands thoroughly after use to avoid any inadvertent contact with the sensitive eye area, mucous membranes or any areas of damaged skin.

You can apply the pain gel several times a day or as required, although leaving intervals of three to four hours between each application is recommended. The consistency of Arthrocann aint inflammatory gel allows a comfortable application that provides immediate soothing relief for a wide range of aches and pains.

Simply open the screw cap and squeeze a small amount of warming gel into your hand – or you could apply it directly to the affected area. A small amount of pain relief gel goes a long way. Massage it gently into the skin. You can repeat several times a day as required. It contains red hot pepper which could sting your eyes if you touch them after applying the pain gel.

Always wash your hands thoroughly after applying the gel as the products contain ingredients that that could irritate and sting your eyes.

The products contain natural products and do not cause any known side effects. However, some individuals may be allergic to some of the ingredients contained in the gel. Always read the list of ingredients in the package leaflet before application.

If you notice any of the signs of an anaphylactic reaction – hives, itchiness, swelling, wheezing – seek medical advice immediately and stop using the pain relief gel.
