Vesomni is a medicine used to treat men with urinary problems. Vesomni tablets contain two active ingredients: solifenacin – an antimuscarinic muscle relaxant – and tamsulosin – an alpha-blocker. Vesomni helps the muscle in the bladder wall to relax, increasing the capacity of the bladder to hold urine, which in turn reduces the need to pass urine. Vesomni also allows urine to flow freely through the urethra, which makes it easier to pass urine.

What is Vesomni?
Vesomni is a medicine used to treat men with urinary problems. Vesomni tablets contain two active ingredients: solifenacin – an antimuscarinic muscle relaxant – and tamsulosin – an alpha-blocker. Vesomni helps the muscle in the bladder wall to relax, increasing the capacity of the bladder to hold urine, which in turn reduces the need to pass urine. Vesomni also allows urine to flow freely through the urethra, which makes it easier to pass urine.
What is Vesomni used for?
Vesomni tablets are prescribed to men with storage or voiding symptoms in the bladder. Voiding symptoms such as urinary hesitancy (difficulty initiating the stream), weak or intermittent stream, dribbling after urination and incomplete bladder emptying can be caused by an enlarged prostate gland. Bladder problems can cause storage symptoms such as urinary frequency or urgency (a compelling need to urinate that cannot be put off). Vesomni tablets help to ease these symptoms. Vesomni is often used when treatment with a mono product has failed to bring the patient relief.
